1 cup to 1 1/12 Cups of Canola oil or othe neutral oil.
Cooking Instructions:
- Trim stems from Jalapenos
- Determine your heat levels: HOT Boil Jalapenos whole/Blend whole. MEDIUM Boil Whole and remove seeds and viens before blend. MILD Split Jalapenos and remove veins and seeds and boil empty/Blend
- Put Jalapenos in boiling water until dark green and tender. About 10 min
- Strain and let Jalapenos cool
- Put Jalapenos in blender
- Mix in Dry Ingredients
- Blend on high for 30 Seconds
- Add about 2 TBSP of oil
- Blend 30 Sec on high
- Add 1/2 Cup of oil and blend on high 3 min
- Check for consistency and start adding other 1/2 cup of oil blending 15-20 seconds in between adds until desired consistency.
- Then blend 3-5 on high. The longer you blend the better the suaces creminess will be.
- Check taste - Add any spice needed.
